EXECUTIVE CHEF

LAERTIS

The executive chef Laertis Economou is a graduate of the Le Monde Culinary School and has over 30 years of experience in restaurants and catering services. During his career, Laertis has been Executive Chef at the restaurants Botoxe / YTON The music show, Byzantine at the OPAP ARENA AEK stadium, Attalos Café-Bar-Restaurant-Catering, and Terra Petra All Day Bar Restaurant multi-venue catering. He has also been a personal chef in the homes of famous Greek entrepreneurs while in the first years of his career he was a cook at the Park Hotel Athens, the Kipriotis Hotel Kos, the Far East Restaurant, and the Glyfada Golf. In addition, he has also served as a chef instructor at various schools such as IEK DELTA and ALPINE CENTER.

PASTRY CHEF

ILIOSTALAKTI

Pastry chef Iliostalaki Haloulakou is a graduate of the Culinary Center & Cookery Club School as well as a French Teacher and graduate of the Sorbonne Paris IV University. She has over 10 years of professional experience in restaurants and catering, having been a member of numerous culinary teams at the Ark restaurant-bar-coffee shop restaurants, Byzantino at the OPAP ARENA AEK Stadium and at Botoxe / YTON The music show.
